Global Dominion welcomes back one of the country’s top finance leaders, Samuel Z. Cariño (SZC), now as its new President and CEO.
As one of the company’s long-term employees, Cariño hits the ground running by banking on his leadership skills and ability to make things happen. Without time wasted, he started with focus group discussions with employees, partners, and customers. The objective is to discover how current partnerships and collaborations can be expanded.
This change comes on top of the financing company’s planned strategic upgrades to “Go Beyond” (its internal theme for the year) and to continue as the Ka-partner sa Pag-angat (partner in growth) for Filipino SMEs.
One of his priorities is to further understand how entrepreneurs currently maximize the availability of financing. He also wants to identify how else the instrument can be utilized, not just to bridge emergent gaps, but to kickstart growth as well.
