Chevrolet already gave a teaser on their newest SUV, the latest version of their Trailblazer model, which is the 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Full details about this new model have not been released yet, but some information that’s already known about it would make SUV fanatics excited. It’s reportedly set to be released in the Philippines by the end of the year, although it has already debuted in Brazil. Those who are planning to purchase an SUV within this year and are still shopping around comparing their options may put this in their list.

It Has a New Look

The new 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer has a different look than the older model. While the previous models look more like they are more for off road, this one has a nice balance. It’s still sporty and has that rugged feel and at the same time, it has that sleekness that makes it still look stylish and modern. It has a bigger front grill and front bumper that’s also newly designed. Its headlights are also sleeker and they come with DRLs or daytime running lights. Its front part is more angular and chiseled.

The changes on its look don’t stop on the outside, but there are also various improvements that have been made on the inside of this SUV. Its plastic trim is softer and it has new door trim and instrument panel with enhanced ergonomics. The dashboard has also been redesigned and it looks quite similar to the recently released Colorado model of Chevrolet. Even the materials for the seats were upgraded to make it feel more luxurious than ever.

2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer Features and Specifications

This vehicle is wide and spacious. It’s 2.85 meters in height, 1.90 meters in width and 4.8 meters in length. It has 18-inch alloy wheels that come with upgraded stepboards making egress and ingress a lot easier.  These alloy wheels are also not just sturdy but they add to the contemporary look of the vehicle. The 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer’s instrument display also offers different new features such as display of multiple information, life cycle of oil, intervals on maintenance and digital speedometer.

It also uses MyLink2, which is the second generation technology used by Chevrolet when it comes to their infotainment system. Its new touch screen boasts high resolution and it’s also now compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto apps. This allows users to use their infotainment system with the familiar display of their Android or Apple device. The applications can either be accessed using the screen or by voice command, which is convenient, especially if driving. Enhancements have also been made on the GPS navigation, general voice command and integration with smartphone.

Other features that are new to the Trailblazer are its adjustable driver’s seat and automatic climate control. The latter differs from air conditioning as it lets you setup the temperature for one area of the vehicle. It then ensures that this temperature is met and makes automatic adjustments if it falls or goes above the set temperature. The 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer also has power windows, front parking sensors and guided reverse camera. Loansolutions can help you get this vehicle or other car model that you may like.
