Hyundai claims this new chassis uses 53% high-tensile-strength steel. This, coupled with resetting the rear wheel area’s spring and shock absorber, enables the Elantra to handle our bumpy roads indeed with elan. The Front McPherson strut type suspension make for a great steering response.
